Forward-looking statements, scenarios and estimates on this site are management assumptions, not guarantees of future performance. Carbon-credit generation, issuance, eligibility, pricing and delivery depend on project-specific methodologies, validation, verification, registry requirements, applicable law and actual project performance.
Financial models, projections, pricing assumptions and return metrics referenced in TerraCO materials are management scenarios and are illustrative. They are not achieved performance, not independently verified facts and not a promise of any return.
Projected credits are not issued credits. No statement on this site should be read as confirming that credits exist, have been verified, have been registered, or are available for delivery. Issuance depends on project-specific study, methodology, MRV, validation, verification and registry acceptance.
Identified areas are not acquired assets. Land is described as acquired only where records support that status. Any multi-year acquisition schedule is a capacity scenario responding to effective contracting and verified project readiness, not a commitment.
Projected revenue is not contracted revenue. Contracted revenue is described only where enforceable contracts actually exist.
TerraCO does not state that credits are eligible for any regulated market, Article 6 transfer, CORSIA or other compliance mechanism unless eligibility has actually been established for a specific project. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and change over time.
Where this site describes controls, it distinguishes planned controls from controls already operational. TerraCO does not state that it performs, guarantees or has completed a control absent implementation evidence.
Nothing on this site constitutes a securities offering, a solicitation, investment advice, a purchase commitment or a definitive agreement. Any participation requires appropriate documentation and satisfaction of legal and regulatory requirements.
