This notice describes how information submitted through this website is handled. It is a working draft pending TerraCO legal review.
We collect only the information you submit through the inquiry and investor access forms: your name, organisation, title, work email, country, organisation and interest type, any indicative volume or delivery period you choose to provide, your stated market or eligibility requirements, and your message.
Submitted information is used to respond to your inquiry, assess whether a discussion is appropriate, and manage qualified carbon supply, allocation and offtake requests. It is not sold, rented or shared for unrelated marketing purposes.
Marketplace supply requests are stored with server-side validation and strict access rules so that records are readable only by authorised TerraCO administrators. General contact and investor-access forms remain preview-only and do not yet transmit or retain data.
Inquiry records will be retained only as long as needed for the purpose for which they were submitted, or as required by applicable law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted, subject to applicable law. Contact details for these requests will be published once designated by TerraCO.
This site does not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the site to function. If analytics are introduced later, this page will be updated and consent will be requested where required.
Photography is served from a licensed image provider and web fonts are served from a font provider; requests to those services are subject to their own privacy practices.
