We collect only the information you submit through the inquiry and investor access forms: your name, organisation, title, work email, country, organisation and interest type, any indicative volume or delivery period you choose to provide, your stated market or eligibility requirements, and your message.
Submitted information is used to respond to your inquiry, assess whether a discussion is appropriate, and manage qualified carbon supply, allocation and offtake requests. It is not sold, rented or shared for unrelated marketing purposes.
Marketplace supply requests are stored with server-side validation and strict access rules so that records are readable only by authorised TerraCO administrators.
Inquiry records will be retained only as long as needed for the purpose for which they were submitted, or as required by applicable law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted, subject to applicable law. Requests can be submitted through the Contact page.
This site does not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the site to function.
Photography is served from a licensed image provider and web fonts are served from a font provider; requests to those services are subject to their own privacy practices.
