About
Building the infrastructure for high-integrity carbon
TerraCO is being developed to build long-term carbon supply infrastructure connecting Brazilian natural assets with global carbon markets.
Through an integrated architecture spanning land, carbon project development, contracting and international market access, TerraCO aims to create a disciplined pipeline focused on integrity, traceability and reliable delivery.
Our Mission
Build high-integrity natural-capital and carbon infrastructure capable of connecting conservation with long-term global demand.
Our Model
Integrate origin, assets, technical development, capital and markets under disciplined governance.
Our Geography
Brazil → United States → Global Markets
Ownership
TerraCO is being developed under a 50/50 ownership structure between BlueLand Carbon (BLC), a specialised carbon manager, and Mbombo Investment Group, an international investment group with privileged access to global investors. Governance is designed to be shared equally, with reserved matters covering acquisitions, material contracts, pricing, debt, guarantees, treasury, audit and admission of new shareholders.
Discipline
What we will and will not claim
TerraCO separates public corporate information from investor-confidential information, and separates planned controls from controls already operational.
Identified areas are described as identified. They are not described as owned, acquired, secured or under management until records support that status.
Estimated carbon generation is a management assumption subject to project-specific study, methodology, MRV, validation, verification and actual issuance.
Financial scenarios, projections and returns are not published on public pages and are not guarantees of future performance.
Market eligibility is not asserted for any regulated system, Article 6 transfer or CORSIA unless eligibility has actually been established for a specific project.
